At Allure Flooring, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new flooring isn't the perfect fit, you can return unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for our warehouse.
