Can I order samples before making a full purchase?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples to see how our flooring looks in your home's unique lighting. You can order up to five samples for a small flat fee, which is fully refundable if you place a full order over $500.
How do I calculate how much flooring I need to order?
Measure the length and width of your room to get the square footage, then add a 10% 'waste factor' to account for cuts and transitions. Our product pages include a built-in calculator to help you determine the exact number of boxes required.
What is your shipping policy for oversized flooring pallets?
Most orders are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight. We offer curbside delivery, meaning the driver will drop the pallet at the end of your driveway. Please ensure someone is present to inspect and sign for the delivery.
Are your luxury vinyl and laminate products water-resistant?
We offer a wide range of 100% waterproof luxury vinyl planks (LVP) and water-resistant laminate. Specific ratings are listed on each product page to ensure you choose the right material for bathrooms or kitchens.
What is your return policy for unused boxes?
We accept returns on unopened, resalable boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While Allure Flooring is a supplier and does not provide direct installation, all of our products come with detailed DIY guides. We can also provide a list of certified local contractors in your area upon request.
